  1. The door facing the ocean is dead bolted so use the side door. The side door has a padlock so contact Troy or Sandra for keys.

  2. The padlock key works for both the side doors and the basement door.

  3. Bring your own bedding and towels. In an emergency there is extra bedding, blankets and towels in the standing cupboard in the hallway by the bathroom, but as a rule guests are expected to provide their own linen.

  4. Garbage day is Tuesday so be sure to leave out the garbage cans at the entrance to the driveway. There are large black garbage bags provided.

  5. If you must cancel your booking, be sure to inform Troy or Sandra ASAP. One month notice will not require a penalty. Shorter notice and the inability to find people to take your booked time will cost 1/2 of the booked cost. Troy or Sandra will inform all relatives and users as soon as they are informed, to help you get the time booked.

  6. Please be sure to turn the heat down, turn off the lights (except for the timer light) and clean up after yourselves.

  7. We would ask that if possible please don't bring your pets, but if you have to bring your pet, please try to keep them outside or, at the very least bring throw covers, like blankets or bed sheets for the furniture.

  8. Bookings for the New Year begin December 15th for owners, December 22nd for the immediate family of owners, and January 15th for Ellis extended family and friends.
