Owners and immediate family of owners - $250.00/week or $50.00/night.
Ellis extended family and friends - $100.00/night or $600.00/week.

When booking times, only give the dates of the actual nights you will be sleeping there.
Check-in and check-out times are 2 pm.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is 1 month before the date of usage. If the cancellation is less than the month required, the family in question must pay the rent in full
